Terms of service
The deal in one line: we draft, verify and hold; you review, approve and own what you publish.

What Magic Share is
Magic Share is an approval-first content agent: it researches the niche of a site you register, drafts long-form posts and social content, verifies cited links, and holds everything as a draft until you approve it. Publishing — merging a pull request, tweeting a thread, downloading a file — is always your action or one you explicitly scheduled. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and you must only register sites you own or are authorized to create content for.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or annually (annual is ten months' price for twelve). Run volume is metered in credits: plans deposit credits monthly, unused credits roll over up to a capped balance, and retries of failed runs don't consume new credits. Current amounts are on the pricing page.
You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If we change prices, we'll tell you before the change affects you. Downgrading or cancelling stops future deposits but doesn't claw back what you already used.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to produce unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; to spam or manipulate search engines with volume-without-value content; or to publish to accounts and repositories you don't control. Third-party platforms you connect (X, GitHub) have their own rules — publishing through them means you accept those rules too.
We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, the infrastructure, or other people.
Your content and ours
Your sites and the content the agent produces for you are yours, including after your subscription ends. You give us the permission we need to read your registered sites, generate content from them, and store the results for you — that's the product working, not a transfer of ownership.
The service itself — the software, pipeline, design and pixel-art — is ours; the subscription doesn't transfer any of it.
AI output, honestly
The agent verifies that every cited link resolves before a draft is saved, but AI-generated text can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date. That's why the product is approval-first: you review before anything publishes, and you're the publisher of what you approve. We can't promise search rankings, citations or traffic.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it fast and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes get a new date on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions — sales@magicshare.io.
